TUBONDA: Steel rolling grille, a closure solution for businesses combining robustness and maximum visibility.
The TUBONDA steel rolling grille combines strength and design to effectively secure store windows while maintaining maximum visibility. Made of 14 mm diameter galvanized steel corrugated tubes, it offers a robust structure that protects against break-ins without obscuring your display. The large air gaps ensure excellent transparency, highlighting products even when the grille is closed.
Its curtain is reinforced with a galvanized steel bottom slat, providing extra resistance against impacts and intrusion attempts. The TUBONDA offers multiple motorization options tailored to the premises’ configuration, ensuring smooth and quiet operation regardless of usage.

- The curtain is made of 14 mm wavy galvanized steel tubes connected by galvanized steel links.
- Reinforced bottom slat made of 2 mm thick galvanized steel, 130 mm high.
- Two types of curtains available: Tubonda S (Standard | 11 kg/m²) or Tubonda R (Reinforced | 14 kg/m²).
- The Tubonda R curtain includes a straigth tube between each wavy tube to increase the overall strength.
- Reinforced bottom slat made of 2 mm thick galvanized steel, 130 mm high.
- Two types of curtains: Tubotube S (links spaced 400 mm apart | 8 kg/m²) andTubotube R (links spaced 200 mm apart | 10 kg/m²).
- Side guides are also made of 2 mm (20/10e) cold-formed galvanized steel and can be powder-coated (optional).
- Various side guides mounting options available, with optional sealing gaskets.
- Multiple available options: Roll-up cover box (depending on configuration), lock, etc.
- Wide range of operation types: Manual, Central motor, tubular motor, direct drive, or chain drive.
- Operating mode available: Deadman control.
- CE-certified product in compliance with standard NF EN 13241-1.

Manual operation

Central motor
The counterbalanced roller shutter with central motor is a reliable and cost-effective solution for securing commercial or industrial premises. Equipped with a 220V motor mounted directly on the shaft and compensation springs, it allows for easy operation. Easy to install and low-maintenance, it is ideal for standard projects.
Tubular motor
The tubular motor roller shutter is a discreet and efficient solution, ideal for low-intensity use. Its motor, integrated into the rolling shaft, saves space while ensuring smooth operation—even for large dimensions. Reliable and easy to maintain, it adapts to a wide range of configurations.
Direct drive motor
The roller shutter with direct drive motor is ideal for large dimensions and intensive use. Its side-mounted motor, directly coupled to the shaft, ensures powerful and consistent operation. Robust and durable, it also simplifies maintenance thanks to easy access.
Chain-operated motor
The roller shutter with chain-driven motorization is a robust and reliable solution, especially suited for very large sizes. Its side-mounted motor drives the winding shaft through a chain and sprocket system, ensuring efficient and powerful transmission. Ideal for industrial or logistics environments.
