Gender Equality Index: ISEA France scores 93/100

In accordance with the provisions of the “Avenir” law, aimed at eliminating pay gaps between women and men, Isea is publishing its Gender Equality Index.

What is this index?
In accordance with Decree No. 2019-15 of January 8, 2019, the index must be calculated based on four indicators.

It provides a score out of 100 points. Each company must logically achieve a minimum score of 75/100. Companies whose Index is below 75 points must take measures to correct the situation within a three-year period, as part of the mandatory negotiations on professional equality.

For the year 2024, Isea achieved a score of 93 out of 100.
These results were calculated for the reference period from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, and the value of this index will be recalculated and published each year.

To determine their score, companies with fewer than 250 employees must comply with four main criteria set in advance by the government:

  1. The gender pay gap (scored out of 40 points)
  2. The gap in annual individual salary increases (35 points)
  3. Salary increases upon return from maternity leave (15 points)
  4. The presence of women among the company’s highest-paid employees (10 points)
