DP106 Roller Shutter – closure solution with enhanced thermal and acoustic insulation.

The DP106 Roller Shutter is specifically designed to meet the demands of industrial buildings in terms of both security and insulation.

Its double-skin steel structure, injected with polyurethane foam, provides excellent thermal and acoustic performance. With 20 mm thick slats, it effectively protects interiors while reducing heat loss and noise disturbance.

Thanks to its compact roll-up system, the DP106 can be installed easily even in space-constrained environments, while still covering large openings. It’s a reliable solution combining comfort, energy efficiency, and secure access.

The curtain is made of insulated double-skin steel slats (0.4 mm thick) injected with polyurethane foam, for a total thickness of 20 mm (11,5 kg/m²).
Their design provides both thermal and acoustic insulation.
The slats feature a micro-ribbed finish on the exterior side.
Final slat is double-walled, made of natural aluminum, and equipped with a sealing gasket.
Standard finishes: Galvanized, Grey RAL 7016, Grey RAL 9006, White RAL 9016.
Side guides are made of 2 mm (20/10e) cold-formed galvanized steel and can be powder-coated (optional).
Various side guides mounting options are available; they can also be equipped with seals.

Multiple available options: Roll-up cover box (depending on configuration), lock, nylon end caps, storm protection system, etc.
Wide range of operating types: manual, central motor, tubular motor, direct-drive or chain-driven.
Available operating modes: hold-to-run, pulse (optional), or automatic (optional).
Various A2P (anti-intrusion) certifications available as an option.

Central motor
The counterbalanced roller shutter with central motor is a reliable and cost-effective solution for securing commercial or industrial premises. Equipped with a 220V motor mounted directly on the shaft and compensation springs, it allows for easy operation. Easy to install and low-maintenance, it is ideal for standard projects.
Tubular motor
The tubular motor roller shutter is a discreet and efficient solution, ideal for low-intensity use. Its motor, integrated into the rolling shaft, saves space while ensuring smooth operation—even for large dimensions. Reliable and easy to maintain, it adapts to a wide range of configurations.
Direct drive motor
The roller shutter with direct drive motor is ideal for large dimensions and intensive use. Its side-mounted motor, directly coupled to the shaft, ensures powerful and consistent operation. Robust and durable, it also simplifies maintenance thanks to easy access.
Chain-operated motor
The roller shutter with chain-driven motorization is a robust and reliable solution, especially suited for very large sizes.
