The P57 Roller Shutter is designed to meet space constraints without compromising on security.

With its hot-dip galvanized interlocking slats and reduced 57 mm pitch, it allows for an ultra-compact roll-up, making it perfectly suitable for small commercial spaces or tight garages. The curtain is reinforced with a thicker steel bottom slat, ensuring excellent resistance to intrusion attempts.

Its quiet operation and compact structure make it a discreet yet effective solution, particularly appreciated in urban environments.

Easy to integrate into all types of configurations, the P57 roller shutter is also compatible with various finishing options to meet both aesthetic and technical needs.

Also available in a micro-perforated version, the P57 is ideal for maintaining a high level of security while allowing partial visibility.

Technical Information

Up to 5000 mm wide*.
Up to 4800 mm high*.
Curtain made of horizontal galvanized steel slats, 57 mm high.
The low height of the slats allows for reduced roll-up diameters.
Reinforced bottom slat, made of 1.5 mm (15/10e) thick steel, 100 mm high.
Two types of slats available: Solid 0.8 mm (8/10e) (11 kg/m²) or Rubis 0.8 mm perforated (10 kg/m²).
Standard finishes (pre-painted) or RAL powder-coated finishes available as an option.
Side guides are also made of 2.0 mm (20/10e) galvanized steel and can be powder-coated (optional).

The curtain and side guides are cold-formed.
Various guide mounting options available, with optional sealing gaskets.
Many options available: Roll-up cover box (depending on configuration), lock, nylon end caps, etc.
Wide range of operation types: Manual, central motor, tubular motor, or direct drive.
Operating modes available: Deadman control, pulse control (optional), or automatic (optional).

The manually operated roller shutter is a simple and cost-effective solution for securing commercial or industrial premises. It works without any motor, using built-in spring compensation in the shaft for smooth operation and minimal maintenance. Ideal for occasional use.
Central motor
The counterbalanced roller shutter with central motor is a reliable and cost-effective solution for securing commercial or industrial premises. Equipped with a 220V motor mounted directly on the shaft and compensation springs, it allows for easy operation. Easy to install and low-maintenance, it is ideal for standard projects.
Tubular motor
The tubular motor roller shutter is a discreet and efficient solution, ideal for low-intensity use. Its motor, integrated into the rolling shaft, saves space while ensuring smooth operation—even for large dimensions. Reliable and easy to maintain, it adapts to a wide range of configurations.
Direct drive motor
The roller shutter with direct drive motor is ideal for large dimensions and intensive use. Its side-mounted motor, directly coupled to the shaft, ensures powerful and consistent operation. Robust and durable, it also simplifies maintenance thanks to easy access.
